Bernardin® Pectin Regular 57G

Bernardin® Classic Pectin is perfect for making great-tasting traditional jams and jellies. Be sure not to deviate from the ingredient measurements or methods; fruit pectin requires a certain amount of sugar, acid and cooking time to form a proper gel. Bernardin® Classic Pectin can make up to eight 250 ml jars of jam or jelly (based on plum jelly recipe, visit Bernardin®.ca for recipe details).
