PANEL 8 FT BISON

The 2W “Bison” Series Equipment line is a very heavy-duty product utilizing high strength materials and advanced manufacturing processes. This line provides unmatched durability and functionality for all bison and large livestock handling applications. 2W utilizes Fiber Laser Technology to precision cut steel tube. The tubing is then fi xed utilizing coped joints for a precision fi t allow it to be robotic seam welded using an advanced Fronius CMT (Cold Metal Transfer) process. After the fabrication stage is complete the product then passes through an industrial grade steel shot blasting process. This is then followed by an automatic electrostatic spray booth which precisely controls the quantity of powder sprayed controlling paint thickness. The product is then baked and cured at 480 degrees Fahrenheit to achieve automotive paint quality, fi nish, and durability.
