Is there a warranty on this gazebo. And are the curtains, top and insect net replaceable

Asked by: Passionate Man
We’ve had to replace the top every 2 years. We take it down every winter and put it away properly. When you replace the top the sides are faded a different colour: when replacing the top and sides it’s almost the same price as buying the one with the metal frame.

Do you guys assemble it at the home 2

Asked by: Ginger123
Yes we did assemble it at home.  My husband did most of it and then we completed it together.  Great, sturdy, and beautiful unit.

Does the roof have a loop or something comparable to hang a 2 light fixtures? I have 2 lights in my current 10x12, since I find one isn’t enough light in the bigger gazebo.

Asked by: Beacher56
It has one hook in the center to hang a light fixture!!

Gazebo - 10' x 12' - Steel - Curtain and Netting - Brown is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 66.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from QUITE IMPRESSED Impressed with the quality and look of this gazebo. It went together well, and relatively easy. The structure seems good and solid and the connections are sturdy. Went up in about 3 hours. The domed roof gives it a pavilion feel. Have had some strong wind gusts over the last week or so, and it has held up very well. Wouldn't want to test it's durability in a hurricane, but it easily stood up well to wind gusts of 80 km/h Comes with double track, built in hooks to accommodate the bug screen and the privacy walls, was very impressed with that. So far, great product and would recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great gazebo We got this gazebo just last week on sale and we are glad that we did. We made the purchase based on online reviews and we absolutely love it. It took me about an hour to put together the basic stuff and I'm not a handyman by any means! But I do recommend having at least 4 people so each one can hang on to the post to make the job easier once everything else has been assembled. Overall, it took us just about 3 hours to assemble the entire gazebo. It seems very sturdy and looks amazing also. Highly recommended.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor availability of spares. Declining quality I purchased this gazebo several years ago. The first year i owned it was the only year that i did not have to replace either the side walls or canopy. As time has gone on i have found the quality of components in the replacement panels has gone down. Specifically the zippers. The last set lasted for less than a year. Currently there are no replacement panels to be had anywhere. The reality of owning a gaebo is that these are important replacement parts to have available otherwise you're wasting you money. The construction quality and availability of replacement parts has gone down but the prices keep going up. I would recommend buying a product from a manufacturer that provides better support.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2 1/2 years after...still lovin it. We bought this gazebo in 2014 on sale for $349.00. 2 1/2 years after we are still glad we bought this and really enjoyed using it for the past few summers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We love it!! We bought this Gazebo on sale in late August of 2016 due to the frustration of not being able to get a replacement canopy for our older gazebo(6yrs old) with was destroyed by a wind storm the fall of 2015! We bought that one at Rona!! Anyway, we've had this Gazebo up since the Spring (2017) and love it! It really takes 2 people to erect the framing....we have a wooden deck and decided to anchor it, so we bought fairly large deck screws and washers to go through the holes in the bottom plate, drilled pilot holes first and then screwed the plates to the deck....which has given the whole framing a nice firm fitting!! Because I had such an issue trying to get a replacement canopy for our older gazebo, we bought a second canopy for our new one which was on sale as well!!....I was actually able to put the canopy on myself while my husband was at work.....but then again, I'm probably at little more sturdier than some women!! You'll need a fairly tall, sturdy ladder in order to reach the top framing safely, to pull the canopy over....I was itching to get the gazebo up so that's why I did it myself..... The framing has 2 tracks already with hooks for the privacy curtains and the netting which I loved when I saw that!! It was so easy to hang everything that way!! Our older gazebo had the hooks already on the curtains and netting which took a little more effort in hanging them!! But as I said I love the other way with this new Gazebo!! I would recommend on a windy day, if you have metal furniture in the Gazebo, I would say this for any Gazebo, to move them slightly away from the curtains, particularly the netting as the constant rubbing from the wind movement on the chair corners can wear a hole in the netting!!....we discovered this happened with our old gazebo netting!! We like having lighting at night and we have solar lights around the deck, but my husband bought a set of strip lighting which comes with a remote and can change colors and has an adhesive backing and he stuck it along the upper frame just above the tracks and it looks awsome!! Anyway, that's our story and thoughts and we would definitely recommend this Gazebo!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks Great, Won't Last Forever I bought my Gazebo 2013. The first year, I took the whole thing down, frame and all ando stored it indoors. Then I wasn't able to get the screws back in properly the next summer so I started leaving the frame up and outside over the winter. The frame has small cracks some ballooning out in small areas and a bit of rust in those same areas. It doesn't affect the performance of the gazebo and is hidden under the fabric. Expect the dark chocolate brown coner curtain covers to fade in areas exposed to sun within the first couple of summers. Also, your fabric roof will begin to rip and come apart after 3 years so expect to buy a replacement roof every few years. Replacement parts can only be bought from the States. I just ordered a new fabric air vent cover. The part is $3.50 but with shipping and exchange rate it came to $43.41!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Only lasts 1 to 2 summers max! We bought our gazebo from Lowe’s and took very good care of it. We take it down at the end of each summer and store it in containers. After the first summer, we noticed significant fading of the material and small tears along the the end of the second summer we had to replace the top at over $100. By the end of the second summer, the walls had all faded and the the zippers hard to manoeuvre. This summer, the newer roof/top has holes from weather and looks like it won’t last another summer. Quite disappointed as we took extra care to ensure it was put away properly each season. Don’t waste your money on this unless you are ok with replacing the top and sides on an ongoing basis.
