Rated 5 out of 5 by from DeWALT I really like using my DeWALT drill that I purchased back in Oct.2013. The batteries hold a good charge & doesn't take long to charge up. I get a lot of use out of both of them. I just wish that Lowe's would keep them in stock at ALL store's. I have not been able to find the DeWALT 20v Max Lithium Ion 1.5 at any store. I will attempt to go in the store & see if they can special order it. I really don't want to have to change drill companies to find another drill or other power tools. I would recommend the DeWALT to anyone that likes a long lasting battery.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from To short of life... Im a avid DeWalt user. these compact, 1.5, are just a waste of money, they only last about half the time as the, XRP 18 volt, Ni-Cad. Spend the little extra money and get the full size, 3.0... & you wont be sorry, thats how there makin there new sets look so good, for instance the drill & impact set for $ 279.00, your getting that bare bone very weak drill, with two compact batteries... Spend the extra $ 80 & and get a "REAL" hammer drill, and impat with full size 3.0 batteries, not 1.5...

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor quality batteries I bought a set with 2 batteries, one worked fine but the other one would not take a charge - right out of the box.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Drill good DCB201 batteries bad Had the drill for little over a year and one battery started to give me problems it has maybe 20 minutes of use and after jumping it, it charge fine for about two uses and now it will not take a charge at all. I bought the 20 volt because I have a 12 that is heavy for continuous use. The 12 volt is 9 years old an still performs as good as it did when I bought it. My wife bought this for me for christmas as I said Drill good batteries bad also the 20 volt doesn't last. I still love my 12 volt.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t last Bought a drill set and both batteries would charge within 6 months of buying new. Also noticed they didn’t hold charge very long when compared to other drills i own.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Intermittent battery Battery only powers drill for 3 to 4 seconds then stops. Pull trigger, LED lights for brief second. After i pull trigger 15 or 20 times it may run the drill another 3 to 4 seconds. Sometimes it won't even kick on after 30 pulls on the trigger. My other battery is still working fine for now
