Metabo HPT VS Reciprocal Saw - 1 1/8'' - 11 A - Green/Black is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 16.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does what I want how I want it to Have not used it much, just some heavy wood cutting, but it is a great tool so far. Plenty of power and lots of nice features--orbital action, variable-speed dial plus a large vs trigger, large rafter hook, LED light, and a decent plastic case--at an excellent price point. Definitely smoother and more versatile motor-wise than the DW304 10-amp saw, which costs about the same but which lacks all of the features listed above except the vs trigger. Unless you need a four-position clamp or a full 15-amp tool, you can't go wrong with this saw for the money or otherwise. My only question is how durable it will be--only time will tell, but I bet it will last, and I am not stressed because of the five-year warranty on the saw.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful This reciprocating saw is the most powerful reciprocating saw I have ever used. It cuts through wood and metal way faster than any other one I’ve seen. It does not overheat like my last one. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heavy Duty and Great Power Bought this to help knock down a wall and create a master suite out of 2 bedrooms. Worked like a charm... never got stuck, cut through drywall like butter, and blade lasted the whole project. Great product! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked like a Charm My husband and I was cutting roots that were spreading from the tree growing towards our home and into our yard, making it difficult to cut the grass. We were also scared that they may eventually tangle with water and septic lines. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great! Works as expected, feels solid. The adjustable shoe is nice. I used the saw to demolish my patio and deck covers and it worked very well. I can't comment as to the longevity of it, but, so far so good! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well. I really should read the manual, but I simply opened the case, inserted the blade and put it to work. There are extra levers and such, not sure what they do. A fellow worker insisted and made me promise to always unplug it prior to doing anything with the blade area. That’s good advice. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very well made I bought this because I had work to do in my Basement that a Hand saw would of taken all day. This brute made quick work of it. Easy to use NO problems at all. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
