Rated 5 out of 5 by from Prefect for Camping! I'm the Associate Advisor for Crew 781, and I was tired of digging around in bins trying to find my cooking gear on campouts! I needed a better way to organize my pots and pans, utensils and spices. I was looking around in Lowes, and came across this toolbox. It checked off all the boxes: compact, sturdy construction, plenty of room for all my cookware, several slots for spices, (semi) waterproof, and on wheels with a handle! I bought it, and our Crew tried it out camping last weekend and LOVED IT! Even though it rained the entire time, it performed like a champ! FIVE STARS! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Neigbhor Joe Review Sturdy, light weight, easy to open and close. We used it on our 1 acre farm lot to haul equipment, tools and seed. Handles well, has plenty of storage space and serves as a quick field work bench. Very affordable. And its made in the USA. That's my favorite part.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not The Greatest Quality I’m quite the fan of Crafstman tools and was excited to receive this product. Unfortunately it only disappointed. Let’s start off with the material. Almost all plastic and not the strongest at that, the middle portion, the red organizer, is actually the strongest. Doesn’t make much sense considering the portion with the biggest storage space, and most likely the drawer that would retain the most weight, the bottom, is actually the weakest. I received the item poorly packaged with absolutely no padding, not even paper, and with multiple cracks. There is a huge difference in strength between the top and bottom portion. Had it all been made out of the same plastic strength it would have made an excellent sturdy item. The pull out feature gets stuck - quite often, I could only image when items such as tools are in it. I can’t imagine this being any easier to open at all with any weight within it. The drawer brackets seem to pop off occasionally as well when sliding the drawers in and out . Maybe I got a bad egg but I cannot recommend this specific item. :(. Rated 2 out of 5 by from Quality didn't hold up with Craftsman name The product literally lasted 1 month. I purchased on 4/30/19 and when I received it on 5/29/19 the wheels were missing. I don't even use this for tools. I purchased to use to transport and ship computers and presentation materials. When full it weighs 75lbs. I liked the idea as it was able to fit everything and organize in one container, which makes it easier to ship. Even more disappointed to see you are not able to replace the wheels. Didn't always open and expand easily/smoothly. thought was me; however it appears others may of had the same issue. Went back to spending half the price for a Husky brand container

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good tool box my third one, the first one held up fine, until my cargo trailer was hit by another vehicle, the second one.. same fate about 6 yrs later... what are the odds? anyway, i look around at other stackable tool boxes but went back to this one, just no better option for me. like the fact that it slides open, so there is no re-stacking and clamping when done, just load it, slide it closed, and roll it away. only complaint is wish it had better, mor heavy duty wheels, therefore, 4 stars instead of 5. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect! Our garage was comverted into a den so my tools are stored in a shed. I was searching for a tool box that would make it easy for me to load up what I need and bring it to the house with me or wherever my project was taking place and this Craftsman tool box is a perfect fit! I can’t say enough about it, there is plenty of room for hand tools in the top compartment, the middle has adjustable bins that are good for screws, nails or things you don’t want rolling around. The bottom is quite large and I use it for power tools, sanders, drill, saw or whatever the job calls for. And as a bonus the top is perfecf for a work bench. This is a must have if your project requires you to move from room to room. 5 stars and 2 thumbs way up!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from job site tool box A couple problems with tool boxes in general. They're never big enough to hold everything. Or the compartments are too small for what you want to put in them. This one has a few large compartments instead of lots of little ones. it has two relatively large compartments. I use the top one for hand tools like hammers and the like. The bottom bigger one holds my power tools, circular saw, drill, sander, staple gun etc. My saws-all is too long though. The red center section has the smaller, but not too small, compartments with removable dividers to combine two if you need too. I find they are the right size for boxes of screws, nails, etc so I use it for fastener storage. The handle and wheels make it easy to move around even full of tools. Obviously designed to be used on the work-site where you want portability In the shop it's a bit awkward. If you park it back to the wall, as I tend to want to do, then you have to drag it out a couple feet in order to slide the top back and access the lower stories. Then slide it back when you are done. I suppose the solution is to park it front to the wall. Then at least you can use the wheels to roll it out to open it but then even the top section is facing away from you. If what you need is a portable tool box with room to hold more than you want to carry in one hand this seems to be a good solution. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Neat Tool Box but it's plastic..... This is a neat tool box to have. I keep it in my garage and put tools I use for my cars in it. The mobility is nice since I can keep everything I need in it and then wheel it to my vehicle to work on. The pull out drawers are a plus, making it easy to access different compartments when needed. I'm a bit apprehensive of its durability as 90% of it's construction is plastic. This isn't something I can see lasting for years. If your looking for an affordable, portable tool box, then this is a great buy. If your looking for something heavy duty and want to pass down to your children, opt for a metal construction type.
