Hello, I bought the complete Master forge out door kitchen a couple of years ago. Can I buy/order new replacement covers, as I can't find a listing on website for them ? Thanks

Asked by: Sersault
Hello Sersault: I am not sure if our customer service team has replacement covers on hand. You can check with them at 1-800-643-0067 8am-8pm EST. If they do not have then your best bet is to measure each unit to see which after market covers will fit your units.

What is the cost to buy the unit in natural gas opposed to having to covert it yourself.

Asked by: Anonymous
Hello Angelo: This grill does not come in a natural gas version. It must be converted. Most gas companies can do this conversion if you elect to change it to natural gas.

Propane Gas Modular Barbecue - 82,000 BTU - 825 sq. in. is rated 1.9 out of 5 by 15.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from What a hunk of junk Purchased this set 2.5 years ago and the whole interior of the grill has rusted out, making it completely useless, and now the body of the grill is rusting. It's a very large investment to not be able to use after just 2.5 years. Trying to get parts from Master Forge/Lowes for almost 2 months now, and has proven to be just a huge headache and disappointment. In store they sell replacement parts for most Grill's, all but their own brand. Save your money and buy a Napoleon and get a 10-15 year warranty

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cheap stainless steel Bought this grill several years ago. I had to replace the grills already as the metal flakes apart. Also the ‘stainless steel’ knobs and doors are rusting - a sign of cheap stainless steel. The base is also rusting where it’s painted metal.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great skin........ poor bones! When I purchased the entire Master Forge Outdoor Kitchen I was in aw. It looked incredible, came pre-built and functioned masterfully for over a year. Over time I noticed the stainless steel components start to carburize and deteriorate. The shields are falling apart, the grating is loosing its surface coating and peeling, the burners are now fouled badly which creates a poor heating surface with very uneven areas. The kitchen is still a thing of beauty from the outside but the components are sub grade. My last BBQ was a Vermont Castings model that lasted 14 years without a single problem? Sexy? no! The entire BBQ was well made throughout. As a buyer I am very unhappy with how the components performed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great Design but Poor Quality I have had this grille for 5 years. All the burners are all rusted out and burning unevenly. 10 years warranty on the burners came in handy. Hopefully the replacement burners will last for 5 more years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lots of extras, PARTS ONLINE I am very happy with the BBQ I had a silver grant before. I am very impressed inner parts are easy too change compared to the Silver Grant BBQ which are no longer available....

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks great but inside but falling apart I too have the complete setup and love the entire setup however after only 4 years i am on the second set of burners and they are starting to look bad again, the brackets that hold the burners in place are also falling apart. my entire grill has been under a roof protecting from the elements. The fridge quit last year. I have also replaced the actual grill as well. Very disappointing quality for the investment

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage Unit 2 years old. Whole outdoor kitchen was a gift to me from my husband for our anniversary. The BBQ was completely rotted out and leaking propane from the main trunk inside the unti itself. Buyer BEWARE. I just had to spend another chunk of change on a new grill. This time I went Weber, luckily the company I bought that from took the hunk of junk away.
