Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent ratchet I received this about 2 weeks ago. The first thing I noteced was the solid feel and excellent feedback and response. Craftsman doesn’t disappoint with the quality of ease of use of this tool. Easy one handed switching between forward and reverse. Holds the sockets on very tight with no slip or give. I recently used it to change out some bike parts, some of which were very rusted. Even bearing down with all the pressure needed to break loose the bolts, it operated perfectly and was up to the challenge. Coupled with these awesome features the gunmetal chrome is an excellent addition to my craftsman collection. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice and smooth ratcheting! I got this ratchet about 3 weeks ago. Try out and see how it compared to the big names like Snap-On and Mac Tools. Since I work in the automotive field and wanted to try out. I have always had all brands of tools. Since Craftmans is being redesigned and updated after all this years. The ratchet has been working great so far. No complaints at all. Been using it every day over my normal go to ratchets and it’s holding up well. I hope they make a long handle on of these. Because I definitely want one to match this standard size one. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Ratchet, could be my go to. Needed to get a ratchet in a pinch, and picked this one up. I am really impressed by the overall fit and finish. The switch is smooth, and does not get hung up on any change of direction. As a 120T ratchet, swing articulation is short, which is great in tough to reach areas. My only wish is that the head of this ratchet was a bit thinner, so it can fit into event tighter spaces, but, that is minor. This ratchet is becoming the one I reach for most often. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality and amazing ratchet! Purchased because my snap-on ratchet was getting worn out and I don't work someplace where I can exchange snap-on tools. Great quality tool that takes a lot of abuse. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product for a reasonable price! I bought this to replace several ratchets that I broke while working on my truck. I love the design of this ratchet and it is a huge asset to my tool box. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for tight access This ratchet has quickly become my number one go-to for almost all of my socket requiring jobs. With 120 teeth it barely needs to turn for the gears to catch and move whatever bolt or nut I'm working with. Yet it's still strong enough not to strip any gears so far, and as I said, I'm using it constantly. No need to change to a ratchet with a lower tooth ratio just for torque, because this one can handle it all. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
