Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nope! Forget craftsman ratchets of ANY size! They will get your knuckles bleeding. Old ones were great. Pawls slip under load on them now. Doesn’t take much load either, just hand strength. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from unsatisfied I purchased one of the new ratchets a couple weeks ago and i will NOT buy another! Ive been a mechanic for goin on 15 years now and craftsman is all i would buy but the new ratchets just arent what the used to be. The older ones were more form fit to your hand and had a lesser tendancy of hand slipage

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice feel! This 1/4” drive is one of several offered by Craftsman. This one is not the cheapest not the most expensive. I selected this model because it has a great feel and isn’t much more than the cheapest one. Have only used it a couple of times but it works well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from won't fit my 1/4" drive sockets I have a set of 1/4" drive sockets that came with my DeWalt drill. I can't get this ratchet to fit into any of them, even if I press really hard. the ball bearing thing on the drive seems to be sticking out too far. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Strong ratchet This was a replacement for one that was 20 plus years old, the new one is so much better than the old one. It grips the socket so much better and the ratchet is so very much smoother and it’s still a craftsman [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Traded in a 36 tooth Chinese model I traded a 36 tooth Chinese one and they gave me this 72 tooth model which is much better but not as good as the old USA ones which I like a little better but I got an upgrade so I can't complain at all.
