V20 Battery - Lithium Ion - 20 V - 2 Ah is rated 2.2 out of 5 by 41.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good... Got the drill/driver combo pack with 2 batteries and a charger a week ago. Drilling holes in drywall doesn't drain the battery light at all. Sending 2 1/2 inch lag bolts through privacy fence into a 2 by 4 didn't bog the driver down a bit. There was smoke coming off the lag bolt head and the socket though! I checked the battery after driving 6 lag bolts and it only went down from 3 lights to 2 lights. I'm impressed. I don't use power tools like these professionally, only as a homeowner. If i did use them professionally I'd probably get Milwaukee or DeWalt, in that order. I'm just trying to get a craftsman garage collection .

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Short-lived and unusable. I purchased the Craftsman drill and driver set (model #CMCK200C2) on 04/17/2019. As of 04/22/2019 neither included battery will charge. One battery ran low while assembling furniture, so I attempted to charge the other one. No dice. Now neither one will take a charge or elicit any response whatsoever in either tool or the charger. Judging by the number of recent reviews in the same vein, Craftsman has a GLARING quality assurance problem. If my local hardware store will accommodate it, I am exchanging these now completely useless tools and buying a brand that will last more than five days. Pathetic.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t hold charge I purchased a set of 6 tools (cmck60002) a little less than a year ago. Immediately found that the batteries once run down would not recharge including the extra 4ah that i bought. Returned them and was given another set of batteries. Same problem returned them again for new set and have given up. I now have to jump start the batteries if i run them to low or if they sit more than a few days. The charger won’t read them unless they are given a quick jump from another battery. Really a disappointment

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dead after a single use I've spent just under a thousand on tools in the 20V series alone and though the tools themselves have functioned at the expected level for Craftsman, the batteries don't hold up the the Craftsman brand reputation. I've kept all my batteries fully charged until yesterday when I discovered one wouldn't power my tool, show the amount of charge it had left, or even get the charger to register that it was in. This thing needs some serious work by the looks of all the similar complaints.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage Bought brushless drill/impact driver combo and was initially impressed with the tools, bought 1/2 impact to go with it. Worked great for the first couple of months using them very little. Used them one weekend then went to use them the next and both batterys were completely dead and would not take charge, charger doesn't light up at all anymore. How does this happen? I can understand one battery being bad, but both at the same time?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it So I bought an 8 peice 20v set at Lowe's and 2 extra 4ah batteries plus a weed eater. I have a 1/2 acre property with lots of weat eating to be done on a weekly basis so I didn't think that the batteries were going to be enough for the job but to my surprise I got 95% done with just 1 battery. So I got 2 of the 2ah batteries that came with the set and 3 4ah andcthey all work just fine as supposed to. If anything changes I will update but for now I will say that am impressed.
